Perks for Diamond and Platnium - Megan - 01-07-2016
Come on @Oni think of some actual perks for diamond and plat...give them the ability to add more rep (+8 & +10?)
Give them the ability to customise their name more I.e. have a + before their name or something like that.
Allow them to pick their effect to their name (excluding glow because that's for staff)
Give them a larger sig, bigger avatars (150x150?)
kinda seems pointless for diamond and plat to exist because they're nothing but cosmetic.

Just add me to Diamond and then anyone else who upgrades will have the privilege of being in the same group as me. That's the best perk that I can think of.

I've been wanting to add new perks for each. The problem is that each of these ideas would be custom features I'd need to add or pay someone else to, which is a pain. I can definitely do it, if there's enough demand.

I know this would cost money (probs could come out of what people pay for the upgrade) but I loved it when you got those custom SL stickers. Maybe somebody could receive something customised for upgrading? I feel like with Diamond etc the perks would need to be something more unique and perhaps it can be something that makes those members stand out, since in theory, they should be the most enthusiastic members of SL if they have those ranks.

That's correct, I certainly agree.
As It stands, the only benefit Is the colorful badge (userbar). If the "Reputation amount" was changed to (for example) +10, that alone, would provide an Incentive to upgrade. Correct me If I'm wrong, but I believe It's only a simple permission setting via the ACP to change the reputation amount a given user group could give.

Gold members get Upgraded+ and Diamond gets Upgraded++ on the Garry's Mod server.
