Didn't agree with what they said on SAO (and one or two others), but agreed Cowboy Bebop is a great first watch. They also recommended Samurai Champloo, Rurouni Kenshin, Baccano!, Psycho-pass, and a few other favorites.

I think a combination of both.
There's a lot of effort put Into It, and certainly would've taken a fair bit of time to complete.

I'm wondering when they did this, as some popular anime are not included.
Well, they did include a footnote that they weren't able to include some.

I've seen and loved so many of these. I wish I'd seen this when I started watching.
I dare someone to turn this into an interactive quiz rather than one massive page of info. It would be cool to click buttons to take you to the next section.

This is a great idea. I'l take up your dare, if you don't mind.
I'm going to try and make it into a static website/webapp and launch it with netlify because I'm a poor sob who can't afford much else.
Will update, I'm on break now but no promises
