Look on hackforums for Beever's SMS Bomber, I used it probably about 10 years ago. Just make a fake email and it'll bomb whatever number using that email.

Just adding to this, some SMS bombers (tools) are carrier-specific.
If this Is the case, you'd want to make sure the carrier Is supported.
