Australia May Block The Pirate Bay - mothered - 07-01-2015
Greetings everyone,
I saw this coming a while back, and It seems It may well be enforced. New anti-piracy laws have been Implemented In Australia and as a result, The Pirate Bay Is targeted to be blocked. I assume they've never heard of VPNs lol.
It's actions like this that's simply ludicrous and Idiotic. The Pirate Bay Is a "Gateway" to content they serve, just like Google Is a "Gateway" to The Pirate bay. Is there any actions against Google? Evidently not.

This isn't news. Every country is going to try and block it sooner or later. All you need to access it is one of the many tpbproxies or tor.

Yes, I understand your point and fully agree that they'll fail.
No matter how they "try" to prevent access to TPB, there's always other avenues to exhaust and gain access.
