Changes I would personally make
-Get a regular aftermarket fan cooler, in a build like that even if you're overclocking it doesn't seem worth the upkeep required (unless you live far down south near the equator, then you should probably have it)
-Get Windows 10 next month when it comes out, or just torrent Windows 8.1 if you're buying the build this month
-Spend a bit more money and get a Samsung Evo SSD

Other than that it seems like a solid build.

3. Isn't the corsair cooling system I picked a closed loop, so there would be no upkeep, because their website claims that you just have to set it plug in, it comes prefilled and already put together.

-Also, I'm trying to keep from paying way too much, mostly because I won't know what my budget is, until a month or so, but I want to already have a really good idea what I'm getting (it'll be around a grand, just don't know for sure).
