OUYA: A New Kind of Video Game Console - Dismas - 08-24-2012

  • USB 2.0 (one)
  • Wireless controller with standard controls (two analog sticks, d-pad, eight action buttons, a system button), a touchpad
  • Android 4.0
  • ETHERNET! (Announced by Muffi 7/18)
In addition to all of this, the console will be completely open, and they won't void your warranty for completely dismantling it or modifying the software.

C'mon Android, bring it out so I can SE an OUYA Smile The controller looks damn sexy though. I'd like to tweak it to make it personal, that sounds tempting. Bitches voice is annoying though.

Both the controller, and the console itself are fairly sexy. However, mobile applications and games are starting to require more and more resources.
My only concern is that the console might not be able to run modern games, especially given its specifications. Not asking for Call of Duty - but I'm worried it might not even be able to run mobile games like Modern Combat.
