I decided to unban @Blunt after receiving this PM. If he continues his idiocy again, I'll just start adding IPs to the blacklist. I've already blocked all TOR exit nodes.

You hurt your forum. You're doing this the wrong way. He has to pay a couple dollars per month to vip72.com and he will receive thousands of socks proxy all over the world.
Lets improvise.
He buys socks at vip72. He now has 10k unique IP addresses. He can create 10k accounts which should last him for a couple months. By those months time, vip72 will already have 10k new unique ip addresses(because they're criminals and use a botnet). In result, you will block half the world and still won't be able to keep him away.
What you're doing now is making your forum harder to access and thats all.
A better solution.
Get more members in to the Staff team and simply continue to ban his account. This way you don't hurt anyone and over time he will simply get bored. Sinisterly is not the first nor the last community that has problems with trolls.
I hope you will reconsider.

Although I'm a huge fan of Paramore, I'd love to see them proven just this once. I think everyone deserves a second chance, so make it a good one, Blunt ^^
Additionally, I'd love to see people acting with the maturity which you demand from Blunt. Removing an individual from a forum is a near-impossible task with today's privacy measures; and is practically work where no credit is due. In spite of this, however, @Oni has just told us he'll start blocking IPs and doing all this stuff, hardly asking for anything in return, just because of this one user. That's no easy task, and requires loads of time. That's time he puts into this forum; so he should have some thanks for that.
Anyways, I love seeing Blunt back as little as most of you; but he's here, and he'll stay as long as he behaves; so let's make it works, shall we not?

I'm not really sure why should anyone give a fuck about a troller? Damn trollers nowadays have nothing to do in their pathetic lives except making fun of others online because that makes them feel better about themselves, it's kinda of sad you know Lol.
And for the love of god, unblock TOR before you lose valuable members, you remind me of fuckin omni.
