Their website is full of viruses, child porn, and everything not nice. It isn't safe for children either. Don't go to it.
Just kidding. However, I am officially denouncing them and suggesting that you find another means to protect yourself if you want a better web experience. Sites like WOT would be great, except they rely on unreliable users. Unreliable users make their service worthless.

Something happened to me years ago with a my start up.
I was growing natural traffic until I caught the attention of 4chan users who knew I was trying to compete for their user base.

I used to use the Web of Trust (WOT) extension for my browser years ago, until I realized that I had common sense.

Typical that 5 reviews are "I trust" and only 3 very unpopular and downvoted reviews are "suspicious", "I don't trust" and not rated yet that has now caused the whole evaluation to be unsatisfactory and poor. Yeah... Well done WOT. Useless and completely unreliable.

The reason I made this post, was because I had received multiple complaints from people utilizing WOT's plugins. I think the amount of trust placed in their service is not realistic and they block websites under too few conditions. I see it as inefficient and inaccurate. WOT has, more than likely, led to less people using this forum.
There have been claims that:
- We have spammed other websites (Example: http://i.imgur.com/9d9eSLX.png)
- We infect our own members
- We publicly display pornography to minors
- We're the reason certain sites are hacked
By no means is Sinisterly meant to be an example of fine or upstanding morals, but these claims are mainly slanderous. There's no indication that staff was involved in the spamming of 3rd party sites. There has not been a single incident of staff infecting members, either. We have rules in place, specifically to prevent minors from accessing pornography (based on DOB/prefixes).
Sinisterly is definitely the reason certain sites are hacked, but we don't promote illegal activity.
