Of course there are hundreds of distros out there. The reason why I specifically mentioned OpenSuse is due to it being as simple and user friendly as Ubuntu and Debian. I personally tried Ubuntu a while back and I personally didn't like it. There's no multi-finger support for mousepads on Ubuntu, Brightness changes back to default no matter how many times I change it to my liking etc.. There's quite a lot more to mention but I don't want to make this too lengthy.
