There are plenty of things to learn here at HC, which includes web developing and SEO!
I'd personally recommend that you try to 'keep your cool' even if someone pisses you off. It's never really worth doing anything you probably shouldn't do, or will look bad on in a negative manner.

I don't tend to lose my cool and I get pissed off if it is a really huge thing. Otherwise I'm pretty good.
