[Coffee Official] Color Picker v2 - RA1N - 08-07-2014

Functionality:
- User clicks a color on the color chart and it returns the color clicked in Hex and RGB values.
- If the User presses F1 it will capture whatever color your mouse is currently hovered over.
- Editable color values using color dialog.
Notes:
If anything needs to be added/changed please let me know

Beautifully written! Definitely comes in handy with CSS, & my current color picker, Hex Dropper, constantly gives me the wrong values, so this is going to be a nice replacement.

I like it though, Wouldn't use it myself (Photoshop/Kuler) But definitely something I scan see people using.
