Yes, but if you're offended at all, I can remove it.
Mind you I have a lot more of these that are 10x more graphic than that, so I don't personally consider it too offensive. These are the most appropriate GIFs I have.

Unfortunately in Middle East and Arabian countries, randomly shooting in the air at weddings is a common tradition. And accident like this and even worse happens sometimes.
