Hello. - ShawnReynolds - 06-29-2014

Hello, hackers/coders, my name is Vallex Koten. I live in the United States of America. I am here to learn more about coding, so that I can help people with their programs, and make my own. I found out about this forum when I was searching online for some coding tutorials in Visual Basic. I do not know any programming languages, but I know come code in Visual Basic. I do not have many special interests in hacking, but I have wanted to hack programs to bypass trial period. I am currently working on a web browser (which can be found here), and a database for a video game called Prototype. I have not finished any projects yet. I hope to help people who need it. Smile

RE: Hello. - ShawnReynolds - 07-09-2014

I know this shouldn't go here, but I could not put it anywhere else. I have a problem. I have been registered on here for more than two hours, and have more than 20 posts. Yet, when I try to make a new thread, it still gives me the screen that says I can not make a new thread. I have checked my User Control Panel, but I did not see any warnings, so I do not know what is wrong. Can someone please help me?

RE: Hello. - katka18 - 07-09-2014

Or maybe this is the reason:

In order to get yourself a fully registered member you will have to need to spend 30 HackCommunity Coins
HackCommunity Coins can be earned by posting, making threads and getting replies ( Full list here: http://www.hackcommunity.com/newpoints.php )

Its written in the welcome message.

I spent 30 coins and I have the same problem as you... so I dont know. Maybe tomorrow it will work.

RE: Hello. - Isaac - 07-09-2014

Hi there VallexKoten! Welcome to HackCommunity Smile
As Katka18 said, you need to get 30 HCcoins by posting on this forum and then you'll have to buy the Registered Member subscription from here : http://www.hackcommunity.com/newpoints.php?action=subscriptions
After that, you can post in other forums, just like a normal member.

RE: Hello. - ShawnReynolds - 07-09-2014

Okay, thank you for that information. How do I get HC coins though? I notice I already have 60, but I do not know how I got them.

Coins are earned by posting, starting threads and referring members mainly but can also be won in the HC lottery donated by other users or used as a currency here on the forum to 'sell' products or services.

RE: Hello. - Legolas - 07-20-2014

Welcome to HC !

I saw your thread, and i would like to help you.

Spoiler:
1)
1.Open CMD and type this code :

Code:
cd %APPDATA%

2. Then hit enter and type this line :

Code:
dir

3.Then hit enter again.
You will see a list of items.

4. If you do not see something from the below list then you might NOT be infected:

Code:
yourpcname.dat SQlite3.dll svchost.exe (possibly ) ArbiAuth.ini GHSettings.ini wklnhst.dat

====> But if you see something from this list, you can use the "del" command to delete them.

2) You can additionally open your Task Manager and go to Processes list. There will be lots of processes running. Here are many viruses that appear as svchost.exe.
If you have any svchost to your PC, it can possibly be some Ratted Servers.
Go to the file location and use Tools like WireShark to grab its IP address. If you see its from some suspicious place, terminate it and delete it from your PC.

Warning: Svchost may be some a important process for your system. So, it would be better to let it run than delete it.

3) Also, MalwarBytes can easily detect many kind of harmful malwares and it can delete them.

I hope to helped you. If you need anything, let me know.

That is a horribly inaccurate and incomplete response.

1. That list of files is not a sure fire, complete, certain way to tell if you are RAT'ed. The existence of those files may indicate that you are RAT'ed, but the non-existence of the files DO NOT mean you are clean.

2. svchost.exe is a common windows service and is pretty much always present. It is true some malware mimic this name for that exact purpose.

But "go to that file and get its IP with wireshark"? That doesnt even make sense dude. Wireshark monitors network transmissions - It has NOTHING to do with the file location. Wireshark has never had any process tracing capabilities so this whole suggestion is just stupid - theres no correlation whatsoever. All you have him doing, is deleting instances of scvhost.exe that he knows nothing about - and clearly based on his posts here he's stupid enough to actually jump straight to fucking up his operating system as you havent explained anything other than that clearly.

The only thing worse than hand holding & spoon feeding idiots is spoon feeding them crap information @Legolas
