Should Masturbation Considered as Hacking? - Boomslang - 05-22-2014
I know how it sounds but think about it..
Orgasm is developed in evolutional process to motivate animals to proliferate. It is like an award system which make animals (humans included too) to desire sex and increase productivity and variation in that species. And that make the evolution work.
When we masturbate, we imitate the same stimulus and that tricks our brain so it give us the award (its Oxytocin and Dopamin in this case) even though we haven't made any sexual contact.
So it may be considered as hacking i think.

I actually laughed so much at this to the point where my wife asked what was going on and came over to check it out (she laughed, too!). And you're right, I guess this could be considered a life hack in a way.
