Hi - erpicci - 05-16-2014

Hi all,
I'm here to learn something (at least the basics) about hacking. I already know some basic skills (i.e. SQL injection, buffer overflow...) in theory, but I never got the chance to test them in the real world.
I'm more a programmer than an hacker, but I wish to learn.

I know some programming languages: Python, PHP, JavaScript, Bash, Perl, Java, ML, little Haskell, C++, little Prolog, but the one I know better is C.

I've worked and still working on some interesting projects:
  • thermo-fluid dynamic system simulator (in CUDA-C, based on Lattice Boltzmann D2Q37 model)
  • distributed and concurrent physic engine (C )
  • library for descrete mathematics data structures in C (like etherogenous, dynamic lists, graphs...)
  • compiler with a built in static analyzer (mainly C++)
  • graphic engine based on OpenGL
  • parallel DNA sequences aligner (MPI and CUDA-C, based on Smith and Watterman algorithm, with some extras)
  • also a couple of small websites, but I'm not really into web developing

As last note, I'd like to thank @Deque for explaining me that my previous intro was improper, and how to fix it.

Welcome to HC. This is what I call a very good introduction. Your coffee is earned well:
