Washington IQ compared to laws - ErroraBorealis - 05-24-2013
So, my little brother was telling me that in Washington state (not D.C.), assisting suicide is legal. And also, Marijuana and gay marriage are legal. So I looked up the average IQ for the state, and it was in the second highest scoring group. I also saw this same kind of thing in other states. Does that mean there is good logic in those three things? I think so. Maybe we should let the states with higher average IQ make partial decisions for the states with a lower average, like my dumbass state, which is really fucking low. Cletus and Daryl can't even spell "gay" for christs sake...

My state is quite epic.
I like that all of those things are legal.
I think if there was more freedom in other states there would be more happiness.
Happiness = Getting shit done.

Correlation does not mean cause-effect.
Washington is home to: Nintendo, Microsoft, AT&T, RAD, and countless other tech companies that would no doubt bring intelligent people in.

Not to mention it's the country capital. However, those bring along bad things as well.

Washington state, not Washington D.C. But I'm sure that the companies there bring smart people in, but also, the bible belt has a considerably low IQ for obvious reasons, If you look at a map with the IQs of each state color coded you can see very easily.
