How does my site look as far as design goes? I'm still basic in CSS, but hey I think it's fairly nice. The notice at the top is a marquee.

You should use one font for the website, it looks weird with a bunch of different fonts everywhere.

There's only 2 fonts. The "Navigation" and "Index" are one, while all of the rest is the default.
