So I have some ideas about opening GFX forum also that forum would include VFX 3D modelling and so on.

If you are good in all the areas, or you have trusted friends who are and will contribute, then go forward.
If it's something you just came up with while watching a few CGI arts, then do your research first. Proceed only when you can bring something new to the table.
