I've had a few people ask me about RATing and whats a good place to start:
Bellow is a program called Dark Comet or DC this program is a RAT builder used with No-IP this can be a very effective tool (if you crypt it) and a great place to start.

To my knowledge the DC RAT is 100% clean (I have been using it for quiet some time now and it has never popped up any red flags on my end)

Why would you use Darckomet 5.4 instead of Teamviewer or a well-known product?

Because Teamviewer and darkcomet are two entirely different beasts, teamviewer is for remote desktop sharing whereas the computer you are attempting to access needs to ask permission for your machine to connect to it, darkcomet and other RATS (remote administration tools) work covertly and the user should have no idea you are inside their system

Darkcomet versions prior 5.4 work that way.
5.4 works just as TV, it needs permission by the user.

I was unaware of that as I don't really bother with rats, if that is indeed the case it will be quite useless
