Obviously you are going to need some encryption..dude do you have any idea what you are saying.."base" will do fine (b64 I assume)...Even a backdoor w/cookies and sum xor is better than this..

Both of those functions are disabled on practically every fucking server.

I've found a few sites that didn't have the functions disabled. It's not so common as you think to be disabled.

I would have to agree, you would be surprised how many leave them enabled. And there are always idiots that make typos in php.ini too.
