I think the forum would do fine with the following sections/forums:-
Webmasters Area
-->Discussing various aspects of web dev and sharing themes, mods and other things.
Monetizing Area
-->Sharing ways of earning money online.
Partnership
-->In case anyone wants to start a project and need some people to work on it.
Cracking and Reverse Engineering
-->for cracking softwares and account logins

It is possible we will add a section for monetizing in the future (maybe a week?), although I am debating adding the others.

Yes, monetizing forum is a must have for the developing community,also partnership forum can also be very useful.
and i would like to suggest adding sub categories in Lounge like,
-->Jokes
-->Relationship and stuff
-->Food Recipes
-->etc

Replace those with the very old and inactive ones that nobody uses.
