Okay, I've discovered a pretty incredible free site/service for all you web developers out there. Included is:
1 Virtual Machine shell access
1GB Hard Disk Drive Space
Automatic support for
Perl
PHP
Python
Ruby (And Rails)
As well as modules to install MySQL, PostgreSQL, FTP and other services, as well as easy installation and setup of new projects using a wide assortment of frameworks, etc.
And for those social people out there its very socially integrated with other developers lol

It was recommended to me by one of my uni workshop instructors. It was unrelated to the course but it came up in some casual conversation (He's a developer by trade as well). This type of stuff was more interesting than that actual course content lol
It can take a bit of figuring out i think. Or it did for me. But once ya get going youll be set i think.

I like this site and features and I am going to register and get myself going. Meeting new developers is a great way of gaining knowledge.
