You can do it almost with every language.
You can start with Python or Java, they're great for beginners.

is it hard learning tht languages cuz as u know am still knew at hacking and am still 15 years old so i want easiest thing and thnx

Me to same here..... But know some knowledge about hacking i have got knowledge by reading hacking book(hack before u get cracked by prateek shukla) can i know how to hack wifi in windows based systems..... I know how to hack it in linux......
