Started up a new site - hellomen - 09-30-2013
Hi there [username], my name is Mike
CEO+Developer of XetoIA.com
We are a new starting gaming business and we would like to let you to be a part of it!
Are you a smart web developer or even an indie game developer? CONTACT ME NOW!
As start of we only hire hobbiest the matter we receive earnings we split the money through 3+teams =parts
so let's say you are with 1 team developing and we earned in about 100$ in a week we split is by 3+1 = 4
so 100/4 = 25$.
We haven't decided ammounts of money we pay it's all about what we earn!
as of for now we need some game modellers (cars - characters) and even indie game developers so do you have a game?
free or paid sign up with us and we make sure too get you a spot at our software: Xeto Games!
Xeto Games is a kind of software like steam but build by me with a general chat room - ticketing support - report section and a LIVE FORUM NEWS tracker so you'd always stay up-2-date with out forum announcements/news.
as for now I can't show the tool but soon we will and aswell as we run on free hosting this is specific because we can't effort to pay the hosting right now and keep it up since this is still the alpha testing
if you want to register we are open! we also have forum subscriptions which is specificly used for site purposes only. so if you want too support us you're welcome.

Seems like a simple commercial or a way of gaining views/customers on your website.
But instead of just bashing and claiming shit that's maybe not even true:
1. Your site really needs an update! I don't hope any of you call yourself graphic designers? In under one minute I saw several big mistakes which lowers the overall impression of the site and finally you. The site looks unprofessional. You use different font size, color etc. You have centered the nav bar and floated the content to the right? I mean, wtf?
2. You need to work on the text on your website. Make it sound professional.
3. Your forum needs a graphical update!
You will have to realize that your website should reflect you and what you stand for. An unprofessional website with badly written text will scare most of your future customers away. Make it look professional! You are appealing to people with money to spent on services you provide, what about a preview? Let the future customer know what they are paying for. I know you want more people on this project, great idea, but be sure to find trustworthy people. After all, I assume you are serious about this?

Well it's still in the alpha test fase nothing is yet released for use. I am not a webdesigner i am not a real time web developer while i am learning php
aswell as for the index its just so we dont have a redirecting page or none indexpage. I have said this before to my game developer/producer.
As for the navigation bar i worked on making it fitable for browser so this navigation is in fact better then the old one you'd understand that if you seen it.
Oh and yes i am serious about this else i wouldn't be creating the tool xeto games for yet 2months
