Is any firewall software blocking your connection? If not, then completely turn off Windows Firewall: 1. Type "Windows Firewall" on the start menu 2. Click turn off on both options 3. Click Advanced options on your left 4. Windows Firewall Properties 5. Click Allow/Allow on all 3 profiles and then turn it off on all 3 profiles. 6. Retry with your RAT open.
