My method utilizes an app service called feature points. Feature points gives you credit for downloading apps onto your phone, you can then redeem this credit for cash, gift cards, and various other rewards. You don't even have to keep the apps, you run them for 30 seconds, your account gets credited, and you can uninstall.
Also, all the apps are legitimate, you won't get any sort of spam or spyware on your phone as a result of this. You will be downloading apps like candy crush, kayak travel app, priceline, etc. (all completely legitimate apps you'd find on the app store). None of this requires a credit card or providing them with any information other than an email, so it would be handy to have a spam email address just in case.
Step 1: go to featurepoints.com on your android or iphone, register for the site.
Step 2 (optional): at some point you have the option of entering a referral code for 50 bonus points right off the bat. Enter: A901CB - you receive an immediate 50 points and i get a small bonus myself.
Step 3: once you get to the offers page, there is one app you must download to unlock the rest of the list. Download, install, and run it for about a minute.
Step 4: repeat step 3 with other various offers. It's very very simple, follow all the instructions provided.
Step 5: once you've reached a large enough number of points to reach your goal, go to rewards and accept your prize!
