LightX is now Lead for the Helper's Group to keep it from being dismantled. And before that even, I personally gave a 21 day notice Before you were removed as Lead. After 21 days, LightX was made full time Lead whilst you were relegated to regular Membership with-in Helpers. Another 21 days then went by before I removed you from the Group altogether. See LightX for re-entry if you're interested, but he remains as Lead regardless on the merit there're too many Members who count on the Group's continued existence to allow a repeat of the above events. Not to mention I personally put my own credentials "on the line" by doing what no other Community Manager had actively done before which was directly shuffling Members of a Group around to avoid it from being dismantled. Which now falls under the added responsibilities of Community Management...when necessity dictates. |
