hey i don't have any skins for you but the rest of the internet does. here is some stuff that i have used in the past and i recommend for use you can use this to change the skin but it has some amazing things for a visual and a usable aspect.

as shimmy said, you can find almost anything using google.
go and download rainmeter then head to customize.org and check the rainmeter section it has tons of stuff (I use it myself) plus it's fun to prank your friends most of them won't even know it's windows.
you do almost anything with this tool, plus if you know just a bit of coding (i wouldn't even say it's coding it's just common sense) you can customize the skins you download.
tons of tutorials about this over at youtube.
