I recently downloaded Darkcomet but I don't know how to setup it and use it.

well just login to your router and start a new service,then fill the following
Service Name: (Choose any)
Service Type: TCP/UDP
Starting Port: 102
Ending Port:102
Server Ip Address
Your Ipv4 Address)
