Im going to make a few basic tutorials for the people who are new to visual basis 2010/2012
Do you have any ideas for a tutorial?
Like a webbrowser or something.

You could make tutorials on making a keylogger, crypter, may be some hack tools or malware.
Also, don't miss stuff like web browsers, downloaders, media players, etc.
And you said you'll make tutorials, so dont miss out explanations other than the codes.
Good to see someone willing to make something really worth..
