Fastest ISP - Vivacity - 04-11-2013

I was wondering which ISP is the fastest and most secure, as I don't like my current one.

I can't really compare it to any other ISPs because I've never had any others, but I have Comcast.

I heard Google Fiber is amazing, or at least it will be. I would never recommend my ISP though. Tongue

I have to take that back, actually. My internet has been a little bit better as of lately. What sucks is that my laptop is slowly committing suicide (most likely a hardware problem).
