Currently, I need some protection from a black hat method.
How do I change my IP? So I'm impossible to find? Or what methods can I use to prevent from being tracked etc?

You have multiple ways of being anonymous on the internet.
Not everything fully covers your identitity so you have to know what you are doing.
You can use a VPN or a PROXY to basicly hide your IP.
