I read the rules before I registered myself. Latin is a dead language, the sayings are used in a lot of different languages. Therefore, I don't think it's inappropriate to use those expressions. Seems that i'm hitting a wall of differences already with my first post.
Won't be using it in the future.

Welcome to the community! I once studied latin. I was so obsesed that I started to hate it.
But as Cicero once said "Assiduus usus uni rei deditus et ingenium et artem saepe vincit" (Constant practice devoted to one subject often outdues both intelligence and skill).
