Questions about anonymity - decimator06 - 12-06-2012 see many people recommending VPNs as our anonymity tool . I am a noob with regards to this topic so i have many questions . 1st question , can you create your own VPN which has the same function as a paid VPN ? 2nd question , if i were to use a computer and the IP address was noted by a website, is the IP address compromised or is the computer itself compromised ? 3rd question, is there a way to become truly anonymous and yet not pay for a program that helps you do so ? 4th question, can anyone help guide this noob thru the world of hacking ? i do not know where to start from . RE: Questions about anonymity - Roxy_30 - 12-10-2012 I am no pro ive been learning for two years im no where close to being an expert but First answer-most computers depending on your OS can set up a vpn but problems with that is its a basic vpn nd could be tracked Second question- delending on if you spoofed your IP adress. If you committed a crime with any precautions you've been compromised. But i doubt feds would knokk on your door just for that. Third question yes you could b anonomyous to an extent you can use IP adress for countries the united states they dont like like iran. Their pretty reluctant to help. Loopholes help hide you but not 100%worth safe. I dont think u can b hidden online really Nd if you have questions feel free tp Pm me but im no expert Fourth question- |
