In my opinion (and experience) hosting your website on a free hoster is not worth it.
There are honestly ALOT of very cheap hosting places out there. (however going cheap or even free will get you the same results if you draw a certain crowd by this I mean ddos)
So just save money and get a paid hoster.

yes this is very true but i suggest when your in the coding/creating stage of your website use a free host ?

Actually in my opinion it's better to use http://www.apache.org/
Because free hosts won't allow different forum softwares (from the ones they got prebuilt) and with apache you can test just about any site related thing.
Like say if you want to create a runescape private server apache is your go to thing.

I hosted some stuff on http://www.1freehosting.com/, but that was just for testing those scripts on actual network, since on localhost I had some problems.
And this isn't something what you could call at least enough reliable host to store some more serious stuff...
