Best way to learn is through practice. Find some simple things to practice on.

As RA1N said, you need to practise coding a lot... Since you know C++, you can design your own hack tools such as RATs, keyloggers, DOSers, etc. using C++..
There are many threads in this forum for newbies about beginning your hacking career... I suggest you use the search option, search for them and then read the threads or just go around the forum reading various tutorials...
And please post threads in the appropriate sections... I'm seeing that you're posting everything in the Introductions section. Please don't repeat that mistake.

I would recommend some coding like they said, which I, myself, am not good at :p. In addition to this, i would learn some stuff about SQLI or SQL Injection. (You can deface a website with this if you didn't know.) I found a VERY detailed tutorial on here. Click Here Good luck with your hacking!

First you should be sure about your secure, Use vpn,Proxy!

I suggest he to learn how to hide his own laptop or pc ip and stay ghost in internet,,
Vpn with proxy is one of the best suggestion.. He trying to learn right?? Better he start learn this bfore become the truth hacker..
