After doing a small research I've found the health benefits of the coffee are actually really good, including helping you study.
So,I've started drinking about 2 cups of coffee a day,morning-afternoon, which is considered moderate.
I mainly consume it because it helps me study and because it tastes nice.
So what about you?

You do know that the more coffee you drink, the more coffee you will need to get the same feeling? Coffee is an adictive "drug" which can both be good and bad. Coffee is good when you wan't to be productive though such as beer would be better if you wanted to brainstorm/come up with new ideas.
As one last thing before you judge me for hating cofee, I drink coffee too

It isn't exactly like that.In my opinion the more you drink the more you want to, but you still get the same feeling.
It is addictive but not to an "uncontrollable" fashion.
