Hi!
I know this game is not new, but I've played it for the first time today.
Fallout 3 is not my first game of the series. I've grown up on Fallout 2. Completed it many times, I spent months on the game. I just love it.
I've played Fallout tactics too, but that just put me down and not to lose my opinion about whole Fallout series, I've decided not to try any other.
That is why I didn't try F3 right away.
Anyway, so far the game seems quite "OK". Nothing special, F2 is still a lot better imo. I like that they didn't completely remove the turn-based combat (You can still choose where to attack your opponent etc. with action points) and the battle generally are a bit better.
What I don't like is the travelling. Why do I have to run for ages to get somewhere... They could keep the old way of travelling... was way better imo
Also you could use a perk to avoid fights or you could just run away from a fight. Its probably the way I play, but I believe they wouldn't have to force combat so much. I remember playing F2 and trying to avoid combat as much as possible.I like the way how to hack computers there though
Anyway, what are your opinions?
