How to make and upload a torrent? - bilalgcc - 05-24-2012
Plz help me i want to make torrents and upload them. how can i make a proper working torrent to upload.

I actually think that torrent clients such as utorrent or bittorrent have this function built in.
Just choose the file, upload and bam its a torrent. Then you submit it with the corresponding magnet link with the needed info to various torrent websites.
