Bedřich Smetana - Vltava - 1llusion - 05-23-2012
Hi!
I'd like to share with you this masterpiece. I would listen to this for at least two hours a day. I know every single second of it, the meaning, the pictures. It was written about a river in Czech Republic. You can hear the streams, the river, the water falls, all the villages it goes through and the end when it mixes into a bigger river. Also, Bedřich Smetana (the composer) composed this when he was deaf! Its pretty sad that he could never hear his masterpiece being played =/

Its not weird, its beautiful =P I will show you some other classical stuff that is easier to start with later =)

Actually every new music style is influenced by classical music. Some more (heavy metal) some less (Rap/Hip hop), but everything in the end is actually a mix of several cultures.
