Hc dollars are a new scheme brought in by the new admin 1llisson
as they are new there are not many things you can do with them at the moment your only able to;
1) change your username (Cost $10)
2) purchase Hc Ace/VIP Account (cost $900)
There are many ways in which you can accumulate Dollas (shows below)

To use the HC$, you need to purchase your required item first, then PM 1llusion when you want it to be used. Thats how I changed my boring old username.
