What IS allowed
Crypters (In its respective section)
Keyloggers (In its respective section)
RATS (In its respective section)
Downloaders (sharecash, fileice etc)
Mis'c Tools Aslong as it isn't Blackhat and infected it is probably allowed, post it anyway and us mods will look it over and then you will find out
What ISN'T allowed
Infected programs I don't give a shit if the virus is dead or what, DO NOT POST THEM HERE OR YOU WILL BE FACING CONSEQUENCES.
Keygens/Warez I'm 99% sure sage does not allow these kinda things on HC, mods can clarify however.
Credit card accounts Pretty Self explanatory why this isn't allowed.
Requesting other members to hack a site that is counted as black hat and we do not allow black hat activity
No sharecash/survey links AT ALL. This is strictly not allowed as it is a major nusicance, so don't do it.

as for downloads no shitcash links or any other servey crap im sure there not alowd and if they are thay shouldnt lol they anoy like 90% of people as we cant do them and VPNs dont always work
