No you do not it will keep you more safe but you don't need to use one.
Why wont myy rat wont connect to my slaves?
It wont connect people you probably haven't:
- Disabled Firewall
- Portfowareded
- Turned off AV
- Listened to port
- Check you have DUC NO-IP on
Do I need to have a host for my rats?
Of course you don't need a host for your rats. Unless you use PHP rats.
