mac filtering - gkman - 09-26-2011 Hey there. My dad kicked me off the wireless network by mac filtering. so in the meanwhile I am using my sisters mac address. however when ever she turns on her computer my connection stops working. I don't want to interfere with anyone's connection any solutions? needless to say I have almost no background in hacking. (and I am Running Windows xp) RE: mac filtering - sh4d0w - 10-25-2011 hmmm really your dad did that.. but yup myfr3ak gave the best answer.. but myfr3ak what about in cases where dad changed router default access codes allready RE: mac filtering - deathknight - 11-08-2011 when you use your sister's mac remove or add your mac directly to the router... no need to ask for your sister's pc. |
