Does anyone know how to bypass ISP port mapping? i cant port forward my RATS. PROXPN doesnt support port forwarding. Its been updated and new.
Any idea in vpn, with port forwarding/ can bypass my ISP?
Alternative to PROXPN?
Any idea to Bypass My modem Wimax bm622 ?

I think if you want a vpn wich combines Quality + Price that you really should get BlackShades,
but if you only want cheap then you should try the free vpn service offered by hotspotshield.com
but it comes with loads of advertisements and other unwanted stuff that popsup..
but you did also mention you wanted something wich has ports forwarded

Hotspot shield is pretty good if you want a VPN for free. The only annoying is the advertisements but its free so idc.
