First, I already know a lot of you lost interested by seeing my post count but I want to assure you that I used this method and it works!
Step 1.
Make sure you have your webcam ready to go.
Make sure you can broadcast an image or text through your webcam with software like http://www.yawcam.com/ (free)
Setup the webcam to broadcast a image/text that says "VISIT YOURWEBSITE.COM TO WATCH THE GAME LIVE"
Step 2.
Register on the following websites:
http://www.livestream.com/
http://www.ustream.tv/
http://www.justin.tv/
http://www.freeetv.com/
http://www.veetle.com/index.php
http://www.freedocast.com/
Step 3.
Make sure you can broadcast live on each of those website with your webcam and that your webcam is streaming the image.
You can set the channel name and description to anything for testing.
Step 4.
You have to find out what major sport games are going on and when.There will be a specific time and date for each that MUST be followed. Every game you must change the channel name/description.
You will login to all of the sites you registrar on and change the channel name/description to what sports game you think will bring in the most traffic. This must be done on all the sites and all the sites must be streaming
the provided picture.
Fairly easy work as the only work involved besides registering and testing (first 1-2 times) is changing channel names.
Here is an example of what it will look like.
Channel Name: Real Madrid vs. Barcelona (The channel name must be updated on all sites before each stream)
Channel Description: real madrid vs barcelona live (The channel description must be updated on all sites before each stream)
So, what you would do is setup a landing page that will be monetized with a content blocker or something. so when the user sees "VISIT YOURWEBSITE.COM TO WATCH THE GAME LIVE" , they will type it in the browser, do your cpa offer/ whatever offer you used to monetize the method and then get access to the game.
Remember, you are never streaming the game itself! You are only streaming a image that tells them to visit your site. To get actual links to the stream after the user unblocks the content locker, just visit myp2p.eu to add one to the landing page.

Warning: I haven't tested this method in a couple of months, so I'm not sure if those streaming sites like Justin.TV got a bit strict, but last time I checked this method has worked.

You would be surprised. One UFC event brings in about 25-50k unique visitors.

and guarantee only 0.5% of them that see the survey, will actually complete it (due to the difficulty of CPaL's surveys).

Who said you are using cpalead? Why not get into a cpa network thats private? Do a dl offer instead of a survey lol think out of the box buddy, cpalead is for the public non-money-makers.
