WHAT IF...
At this time, the Dark Flow will intensely speed up, and sling us into the universe that we expect it leads into. On December 21, 2012, everything that we know (accumulative memory and research) gets reverted. Essentially, we are cavemen.
This would mean that the Mayans calculated at which point the earth essentially resets. Rather than the end of the world, they predicted the reset of the world. We start from scratch.
