Sci-fi watch - Frooxius - 07-22-2011

I recently found about Tokyoflash, company making very extraordinary watches (basically they turn watches into art, that tells you the time x3 ) and I couldn't resist to the Kisai RPM Green ^_^' Their design is really amazing, they show only time, but what else is needed when I have millions of time functions already in the PDA/cell phone

EDIT: you bought one right? How is it? and have u had any problems?

EDit: also why didnt you buy Kisai Rogue SR2? Did you just like that one better or is there a smart reason i havent seen? (just asking)

RE: Sci-fi watch - Frooxius - 07-30-2011

Well the only "problem" I had so far, is that I needed the strap to be adjusted for my wrist (by removing 5 links it's consisted from), but they did that in watchmaker's store, I didn't want to do it myself, so I don't damage the mechanism or something, but of course, it wasn't free and I had to wait a bit.

There's also tiny screw that you unscrew when you want to charge them trough USB, but I'm afraid that I might loose it by accident, though they provided a spare screw in the package.

Also if you order from abroad (they send them from Singapore trough FedEx), it might be more expensive because of import taxes when they go trough clearance and such.

About that Kisai Rogue SR2, these watches are mostly about design (you often have gazillion of functions in smart cell phone, so why have them also in watch? These watches are simply different concept - wearable art that tells you the time Biggrin ) so I picked the one I liked the most, so if you like a different one more, then go for them :-) it's about what you like, not somebody else (though I recommend looking up some videos on YouTube, so you get a better idea)
