I found a nice Proxy Checker,it's called "-Frozen- Proxy Checker"
It checks your proxy's for 3 categories: Working, Anonymous, Elite

I've hit the download without any problems, but my Norton's Sonar protection placed the executable Into quarantine. I'll download again and disable my AV. You shouldn't have Issues downloading.
