After a quick search i've found what you requested.. UBot v3 (Cracked and working)
at the beginning it tried to connect with the internet so i've no idea if its legit or a backdoor but i did denied the connection attempt,
it seems to be a fully working version wich isn't some fake vb.net app.

I think the creator of this software did packed it to secure the code agains decompiling, debugging etc
i've removed the file from my server now.
